The Best Way to Positively Transform Your Life

Now a days it seems as though we all are gravitating towards transformations of some sort. Physical transformations, spiritual transformations, and for some, even experiencing a transformation with our emotional intelligence. Regardless of what transformation we all may be personally seeking, it seems to be the name of the game and the most popular theme of all parties as of late.

Honestly, I’m not mad about it either.

I’m such a huge believer in the idea that a big part of personal development is evaluating important areas in our lives that need a transformation of some sort. Transformations can and do happen in various areas of our life and health, and look differently across the board.

Knowing the areas in your life that may need to undergo a transformation is an indicator that you are ready for positive changes to occur in your life.

Changes can be scary but they can be very rewarding. Sometimes when changes are needed within ourselves it’s because we have outgrown one area of our life, and the things that were once fulfilling those moments are no longer serving us. So, we look for changes that are needed that can replace the sterile feeling of nothingness and make our lives feel purposeful and meaningful again.

Changes come in many different waves in our life, and they impact various areas of our lives in unique ways. As a holistic wellness coach, I believe that the most important areas of our overall health and life that we experience the most significant transformations are in our mind, body, and spirit. These are our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual areas of our lives.

When we experience changes that lead to significant transformations in these areas, we can improve our lives for the better. Here are some ways that undergoing a transformation for your mind, body, and spirit can positively transform your life.

What to Do After Achieving Your Short-Term Goals

You reached one of your goals now what?

It can be hard to know exactly what our next steps should be once we have finally reached an important goal of ours. We spend so much time making a habit of out it, working on it consistently, and continually crafting out strategies that work best for us to make it a stable part in our overall routine, that when we finally achieve it, we can feel a little unsure about what to do next.

Which can make it very hard to understand what more we can do to continue to grow and thrive in that specific area of our life and/or health. Sure, we can get creative and brainstorm tons of other effective and positive changes we could make in our life that will continue to take us further along on our journey. But why try to fix something that isn’t broken? Or better yet, why try to immediately implement something new when we just got the hang of the new small change we just made?

Of course, this idea varies from person to person and across many different situations and dynamics.

Sometimes the best option is to immediately start implementing something new that you could essentially build upon your newly developed skill. In other instances, the best option is to wait it out for a while and ensure that your new skill or habit is stable enough in your life currently before moving forward. But let’s not forget about the in-between option.

The moments that unfold between stability with your new skill or habit and feeling ready enough to continue to push forward. I believe that the answer as to whether or not you hang out where you currently are for a while, or just continue to push forward, exists in this moment. The Art of Starting Over: 5 Things You Need to Know

Have you ever found yourself going back to start of something? Starting from ground zero, or close enough to it, and having to rebuild everything that you have worked so hard for? Maybe it’s not something physical that can be seen and held. Maybe it’s something spiritual, like rediscovering your faith, or really diving deep into bettering yourself.

Whatever it may be, we’ve all been there before. We’ve all reached a point in our life where we thought we were where we have always wanted to be, just to discover that we weren’t there just yet. So, in order to continue to work to get to that point that we so desperately want to be, we find ourselves somewhat starting over.

Going back to the beginning, re-evaluating our path and strategy, and executing a new plan as a means to essentially start again.

It can be exhausting, very draining emotionally and mentally at times, and of course annoying. We tend to engage in a lot of negative self-talk when this happens, and if we’re being honest that doesn’t make it feel any less “defeating”. Starting over can be a big pain in the ass and it can often times cause us to lose a lot of motivation to get back on the horse and try again.

But if getting to that specific place in your life, and personal development area of significant growth is really that meaningful to you, then starting over will always be worth it. And just for the record no matter what it is you are having to go back to the drawing board for, it will always be worth. Only something greater can come about something that was already set into motion but needed some readjustments.

I found myself in this position recently in my personal life. While it has been a hell of a whirlwind, and honestly not really fun at all, I have chosen to embrace this new experience with open arms because I know that it is needed in order for me to continue to move forward in my life and with my purpose on this Earth.

Embarking on this journey again has taught me a lot about the beauty in starting over as a means to unapologetically walk in my purpose. I want to share with you some of that beauty, the lessons that I have learned, and even lessons I discovered this time around, about going back to the start in order to build your empire the way you envision it.

How to Start A Daily Manifestation Routine

Do you believe in the power of manifestation? If not, well you should consider changing that. Manifestation is such a powerful tool and skill to have. Mainly because with this power you are almost guaranteed to get everything your heart desires. So long as you are willing to be open to the experience that will unfold so that you receive what is destined to be yours.

Now before I hype this skill up anymore more than what I already am, I want to make something very clear about the power of manifestation. Yes, manifesting can help you create the life that you love, and attract all the things in life that you desire much faster than not doing it. However, doing so does not mean you stop putting in all the hard work to get it. You still have to make a commitment to work towards all the things you want in life.

Manifestation just helps to keep you focused on what matters most, and will guide you directly to where you need to be. Think of manifestation like a giant puzzle. Your greatest desires are the millions of little puzzle pieces, while the life you want for yourself is the finished picture. Actively working towards the life that you desire is you putting those pieces in their rightful place. Manifestation is the glue that helps keep all the pieces together in their individual places.

There is a lot of inner and outer work that comes with the act of manifesting, but it’s a routine that makes all the difference in how you receive something that is meant for you. I’ve been practicing a daily manifestation routine for the past two months, and I’ve seen such a huge difference in all areas of my life.

What to Do to Have A Positive Period Experience Every Month

Ladies. We all know what’s it like to have a certain visitor come once a month, and have to make her feel extremely comfortable and welcomed for the next 5-7 days. It can be very exhausting, uncomfortable for us, and of course unwanted the majority of the time that she is here.

But, it’s a part of life and it’s something that we as women unfortunately have to deal with monthly. I’m talking about our periods, and how once a month dear sweet Mother Nature comes to visit with no promises of not making the next couple of days a living hell for us. Ladies you know exactly what I’m talking about. It can be hard living our best life when we are on our period.

There are so many things to take into consideration about what we can and cannot do or even wear when this time of the month comes. We even struggle with engaging in activities that are comfortable on our bodies but also helpful for the various symptoms of PMS.

And don’t even get me started on the fatigue! Fatigue is such a major factor for us when we are on our periods, and ultimately it motivates us to want to literally do nothing the entire time we are on our period! I get it ladies trust me I do. However, if there is anything that I have learned over the recent years about how to have a better period experience, it’s that there are specific things you should do to help make this time of the month a much more comfortable experience for yourself.

I promise these activities and tips are completely life changing for your period experience, and will ultimately help you have a more positive period experience. So, let’s get into it.
